Live, artist-led encounters for teams, leaders, and institutions
I’m With You is an interdisciplinary creative collective designing live, artist-led encounters for organisations, teams and institutions. We create the conditions for deeper attention, sharper thinking and more honest collaboration held with honesty, imagination and care.
Drawing on over 20 years of live, participatory practice, we create thoughtful, memorable experiences for offsites, conferences and team development.
What we offer
Shared immersive experiences where creative exploration enables alignment, cohesion, and momentum
Gorge
Our flagship shared-table encounter for teams, offsites and conferences
Gorge is IWY’s signature table-based format: a live, facilitated encounter that uses conversation, prompts, objects and structured participation to help groups slow down, pay attention and engage one another differently. It is not a standard meal but a space to gather, share, and create.
Gorge uses the table as a live frame for thought, relation and exchange, creating a memorable shared experience that can deepen trust, sharpen conversation and open up more honest, intelligent collaboration. Inspired by IWY’s long-running participatory practice, Gorge works especially well for leadership groups, team gatherings, conferences and organisations that want more than networking or surface-level discussion.

Forecast
A live format for uncertainty, transition, and future-facing work
Forecast is IWY’s format for moments of change: when a team, organisation or leadership group needs to reflect, imagine, plan or reorient under uncertain conditions. Combining artistic facilitation, structured reflection and collective sense-making, Forecast helps participants move beyond habitual scripts and generate new language, perspective and possibility. It works especially well at the start of major projects, during strategic resets, leadership transitions, periods of rapid change, or anywhere an individual or group needs a more thoughtful way to approach what comes next.

Bespoke encounters
Custom-designed formats for your people, space and moment
For clients with a specific brief, IWY creates bespoke artist-led encounters tailored to the needs of the room. These may include conference interventions, alternative networking formats, leadership sessions, collaborative workshops or immersive experiences designed around a particular theme, challenge or transition. Each commission draws on IWY’s combined practices in live art, dramaturgy, facilitation, coaching, writing and image-making to create something intelligent, memorable and specific to the organisation.
